Job Responsibilities

As part of the Contact Support Group, you will be involved in:

  • Providing customer service and problem resolution through voice and digital channels.
  • Managing IT incidents and service requests via ticketing tools.
  • Categorizing, updating, and resolving tickets based on urgency and impact.
  • Using AI bots like CHIP to streamline issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely issue closure.
  • Using analytics and BI tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintaining knowledge bases and improving process documentation.
  • Supporting customers across industries like Telecom, Healthcare, Finance, and Technology.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and English-speaking skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask across voice, chat, and email channels.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and relocate if required.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and good interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be graduating in 2025 from any 3-year diploma or degree program.
  • Must have an active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked with Aadhaar.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an online assessment and virtual interview.
