Job Responsibilities
As part of the Contact Support Group, you will be involved in:
- Providing customer service and problem resolution through voice and digital channels.
- Managing IT incidents and service requests via ticketing tools.
- Categorizing, updating, and resolving tickets based on urgency and impact.
- Using AI bots like CHIP to streamline issue resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely issue closure.
- Using analytics and BI tools to enhance service delivery.
- Maintaining knowledge bases and improving process documentation.
- Supporting customers across industries like Telecom, Healthcare, Finance, and Technology.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and English-speaking skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be graduating in 2025 from any 3-year diploma or degree program.
- Must have an active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
