Job Description & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and participate in all phases of the SDLC (analysis, coding, unit testing, reviews, deployment).
- Work with tools like Eclipse Neon/IntelliJ, Maven, GitLab, Jetty/Apache Tomcat, SonarQube, AWS, and Docker.
- Maintain strong communication and presentation skills for team updates and training sessions.
- Create documentation for analysis and user training as per project needs.
- Stay open to learning new technologies and sharing knowledge within the team.
- Adapt to extended work hours for meetings, status updates, and urgent issue fixes when required.
- Follow best practices and project processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Strive to meet/exceed performance and personal development goals.
