Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend components for Bright’s Smart Banking Platform using Python and Django
• Design and implement smart algorithms and subsystems related to lending workflows and financial communication
• Solve complex engineering problems using simple and efficient design approaches
• Build and integrate RESTful backend services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and analytics
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve operational and marketing efficiency
• Support data-driven decision-making across user acquisition and marketing channels
• Contribute to improving internal data tools and democratizing access to analytics
Required Skills
