Job Description
As an Analyst – Software Engineering, you will be part of Goldman Sachs’ CF&O AI Strategies team, working on AI-driven solutions for Risk, Controllers, and Legal domains. Your role involves designing and implementing AI & GenAI applications that transform business operations and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI & GenAI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Work with business leaders & engineering teams to integrate AI into workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and automation tools.
- Optimize AI model performance and ensure scalability across the firm.
- Stay updated with cutting-edge AI advancements to improve existing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ AI & GenAI Development: Hands-on experience in AI model design & deployment.
✅ Python Programming: Strong coding skills with AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
✅ Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to convert business needs into AI solutions.
✅ Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with technical & non-technical teams.
✅ Cloud & Data Management: Experience with AI automation & ML workflows is a plus.
