Job Responsibilities
As a Trainee – Infrastructure Management Support (IMS) at Hexaware, your key responsibilities include:
✅ Providing Help Desk Support: Assist end-users and provide Level 1/2 support for IT infrastructure and applications.
✅ Technical Assistance: Handle IT service desk tickets, troubleshoot network issues, and configure software applications.
✅ Incident Management: Log and monitor customer support requests through ticketing tools.
✅ International Client Handling: Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email.
✅ Software & Network Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Outlook, MS Office, Antivirus Software, and Internet Explorer.
✅ 24×7 Work Environment: Be open to working in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: BSc (CS/IT/Electronics, EEE, Circuital) or BCA Graduates. ✔ Pass-out Year: 2024 & 2025. ✔ Academic Performance: 60% or 6 CGPA and above throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation. ✔ Location Requirement: Candidates must be from the Maharashtra region. ✔ Work-from-Office: This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai or Chennai. ✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory. ✔ Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of ITIL processes, customer service, and troubleshooting.
