Job Description
PwC is looking for skilled Cloud Data Engineers who are passionate about data engineering and cloud technologies. This role involves working with big data platforms, data pipelines, and Spark optimizations while implementing cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines for cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Databricks, and GCP
- Implement data ingestion and transformation processes for efficient data warehousing
- Work on Spark job performance optimization to improve efficiency and reliability
- Stay updated with new technologies and integrate them into data processing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions
- Work with Spark Streaming for real-time data processing if required
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BCA / B.Tech
- Experience: 0-1 years in Data Engineering
- Mandatory Skills: Python, PySpark, SQL
- Preferred Skills: Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Bonus: Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of Spark Streaming
