Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational metrics.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve business processes.
- Create and maintain an Agent Database at various stages, including hiring, training, and production.
- Track and report on KPIs through agent scorecards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed payroll input reports.
- Develop attrition dashboards to analyze workforce trends.
- Provide management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements.
- Establish strong collaboration with team managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in preparing slide presentations is a plus.
