Job Description & Responsibilities
Automotive Software Development:
- Develop software for automotive systems like Infotainment, Navigation, and ADAS.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate and validate software.
- Conduct software testing to ensure quality and performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in automotive software engineering.
Embedded Systems Software Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software solutions.
- Work with system configurations, middleware, OS abstraction layers, and device drivers.
- Perform software testing and debugging.
- Document software functionalities for future reference.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- 10th & 12th: 60% or above (Open school or distance education allowed for 10th & 12th).
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA 6.0+ (Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automotive, CSE, ECE, IT, or Cyber Security).
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th & graduation start.
- No gaps allowed during graduation (should be completed in 4 years).
- Additional Requirements:
- One backlog allowed at the time of online assessment (must be cleared before joining).
- Candidates should be Indian citizens or hold a PIO/OCI card.
- Bhutan & Nepal nationals need to provide a citizenship certificate.
- Must be 18+ at the time of registration.
Selection Process
- Online Assessment (128 minutes):
- Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative, and Verbal (48 mins).
- Written Communication: Essay Writing (20 mins).
- Coding Test: Solve two problems in Java, C, C++, or Python (60 mins).
- Business Discussion Round
- HR Discussion
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: INR 3.5 LPA
- Bonus Structure:
- INR 25,000 after 6 months (merged into CTC after 12 months).
- Additional bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months from DOJ.
- Regular yearly increments.
