Job Description
As a Project Engineer at Wipro, you will work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to global client projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Solving complex technical problems.
- Developing software using programming languages like C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Working with cloud platforms, data structures, and algorithms.
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Completing pre-skilling training before onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/Circuital branches)
- Graduation Year: 2025
- Academic Requirements:
- 60% in 10th and 12th.
- 6.0 CGPA or 60% in graduation.
- Maximum 1 backlog at the time of assessment (should be cleared before joining).
- Maximum 3 years of gap allowed in education.
- Graduation must be completed within 4 years.
- Mode of Study: Full-time courses only (Distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th but not for graduation).

Selection Process
Step 1: Registration
Fill out the application form on Wipro’s official website.
Step 2: Online Assessment
The test consists of three sections:
- Aptitude Test – Verbal, Quantitative, and Logical ability.
- Coding Test – Programming in C, C++, Java, Python.
- Written Communication Test – Essay writing.
Step 3: Voice Assessment Round
Candidates clearing the test will go through a voice-based assessment.
Step 4: Business Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will participate in a business discussion with Wipro recruiters.
Step 5: Letter of Intent
Successful candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
Step 6: Pre-Skilling Training
Selected candidates undergo pre-skilling training to prepare for their role at Wipro.
Step 7: Offer Letter
Candidates successfully completing all steps receive an offer letter and are ready to join Wipro!
Service Agreement
- Duration: 12 months
- Bond Amount: INR 75,000 (on a pro-rata basis)
